I have had a great experience with summit spine! I am a nurse, and I thought I had injured my back but turned out. I had MRSA destroying vertebrae in my spine. I was in a walker for six months and told that I would not walk again without Surgery. The doctors and medical staff at Summit spine were encouraging and patient with me in helping me regain 100% of Physical abilities without surgery. I’m now back to work 100% without any Physical deficits. The only concern is the wait times for your appointment, but the office staff is very kind, patient and friendly. This makes the wait time more bearable. I’m so thankful that summit spine and it’s staff were there for me for one of the scariest times in my life and have gotten me back to 100% 🙂❤️

Absolutely love the doctors. They listen, they truely want your quality of life better. I've seen 4 of the doctors there for procedures and love them all.

I had an appointment at 11:15am with Summit but, I also had an important phone conference at 12. I signed in at 10:50 hoping I could be possibly be seen earlier. Well, I did get called back early but I sat long and I had to leave to without seeing the doctor. The thing is if I was late for my appointment or had a last minute cancellation I would be subject to a pay a fee. I just don’t feel that I shouldn’t have to pay another copay next week. I was on time. First time this happened, and overall I do like coming here.

The last visit was actually really my first great visit. I felt like the provider, Dr. Gayles listened to me and came up with a plan of care that will help me instead of the previous provider that I was using there. I had an amazing MA that day too named Kevin! Kevin is a really good MA. I have had a bad experience at the Carrollton location before where I was left waiting for several periods of time waiting on the provider or medical assistant to come back into the room. Overall, I was in the office for 2 1/2 hours. That particular visit was chaotic and loud with everyone running around. MAs were having inappropriate conversations in the hallway and were also incompetent that day. I am basing my rating on the last visit that I had but there's days that I would only give them a 1 star. Hopefully, I keep getting 5 star visits.

I just started going to Andrea Bossie at the Carrollton location of Summit Spine & Joint Center. I wish I had found her sooner! Ms. Bossie is so professional, kind, and caring. After reviewing my back pain problems, she immediately began a heartfelt search to ease five years of painful suffering from previous back surgery. I certainly would highly recommend Summit Spine & Joint Center for those of you who need understanding and competent help.
