I called 2 days ago. There automated phone system is horrible. It puts you hold and tells you there are 3 callers ahead of you with a 10 minute wait. I waited and then they shoved me over to voicemail and tell me to leave my name and number so I did reluctantly. They’re ok with wasting my time but don’t think about wasting theirs. Now this would have been my second appt. The first one was fine. The dr was fine. By the way they still haven’t called me back. 2 days! It’s ok though there’s other doctors. I have an appt. with a different office.

My surgery was performed by Doctor Keith Berry on both right and left eyes. Following both events Doctor Berry personally called me to check on my condition that first day. I am 80 years old, and never has any doctor done this before. My results are absolutely amazing, and I could not be more pleased. I recommend him and his staff to anyone considering cataract surgery in the highest degree.

Georgia vision has always been there for me even on Emergency and has taken me in without an appointment. Dr Berry did my cataract surgery and Dr Ortiz takes care of me also. They are both great doctors and very efficient.

The vision examine was normal. Dr. Kellie Stewart was very nice and professional. But I had to pay $45 for which my insurance had no co-pay and when I went to sit and order my new glasses, the girl helping did not know how to order the same frames I currently have even though all the information is on the frames. Got an eye examine, with no glasses. How is that going to make me see better? The insurance would have paid a majority of the cost of glasses. Not going back to vision eye institute.

I WAS an established patient at this office. Today, I was supposed to be seen for my yearly eye check examination. While I was in the shower, my husband notified me that my appointment (which was made a year ago) had been canceled due to the fact I didn't fill out information through my email. This made me agitated to say the least! I called the office furious and stated how do you treat 90 year old patients that might not even have access to the internet???? Only then I was told the appointment had been canceled because the Doctor had a personal emergency! Why wasn't I told that in the first place? This office needs training in proper communication with their patients. I won't be going back.
