Both locations near Bruce B. Downs (prior prep and surgery) show issues with communication and organization. I would strongly suggest confirming your appointment time repeatedly. They shuffle your appt time without letting you know. You could end up waiting extra hours if you do nothing. Once you get in to the surgery center it's a lot more professional. The team each has a job and they are highly effective and motivated. All told it took 2 and a half hours for a colonoscopy.

This facility and staff are fantastic! The staff were courteous and professional. They nurse inserted my IV on first try even though I was dehydrated. My procedure went smoothly and recovery was quick. Hats off to anesthesia staff Dr. K and Nurse Steve, they worked hard to navigate my tricky medical situation. My recovery went well and I was not horribly ill like past procedures. Dr. Sullivan was amazing! Very patient and thorough. I would highly recommend this facility!

Very professional, clean facility & helpful staff. The lab, if needed is on 2nd floor, take elevator. I had a CATHETER insert by Dr. Jeffrey Wilson, MD, Vascular Surgeon, who is a super neat, extremely friendly type doc with a team of very friendly, caring staff. We need more of these type of doctors & this type of positive, caring attitude by him & his staff.

Would like to thank Dr.Earl McCallister and Dr.Bruce Weinstein and the entire nursing staff inclunding the lady's at the check in counter for being so attentive and caring especially in an industry that often makes you feel less like person and more like an insurance claim. They add an amazing personal touch to what is often a very sterile industry.(No pun intended) Thank you a so much! RC
