Victoria Evelyn, PA-C is great! I saw her for the first time yesterday, and I was so impressed by how personable, knowledgeable, and simply interested in what I had to say. She listened and took into consideration the input of what I’ve been experiencing. Not All medical providers do that these days. she was very proactive and I left feeling fortunate are to be under her care
Although it took over TWO months to get an appointment, the in-office experience was outstanding. From the front desk to the medical providers, everyone I encountered was kind, courteous, punctual, AND knowledgeable. Both Dr. Susnow and the PA Emily clearly explained my options and entertained all my questions. It was a very comfortable and satisfying experience.
Victoria without a doubt is an excellent care giver. She listened to everything that I had to say and made me feel confident that she had an answer for my problem. Very pleased with the appointment with the doctor on January 27. An upper G.I. will be performed February 11. Setting up the appointment today I was informed that I would be completely sedated which surprised the scheduler because I answered NO to all questions asked. She said she would confirm with the doctor and advise me. Her thought was my age. I await confirmation. Thank you.
My last few visits with a GI doctor did not go well. I felt like I was dismissed and no one cared enough to really listen to me and what has been happening to me over the years. Brittany did the complete opposite. She was so kind and really listened and seemed genuine in wanting to help me with my health concerns. She was also very kind and polite with great bed side manners. Highly recommend her if you need GI care. Thank you Brittany for listening.
