My experience with Dr. Anna Irwin and her staff today was A+. We got lost on the way (we live in Delaware) and were afraid we would be late. We called the office and the person who answered the phone was very helpful and directed us there. Check-in was easy and I was quickly prepared for a spinal shot by Dr. Irwin's assistant, who is both very knowledgeable and kind. Nobody wants to get a shot in their back, but when Dr. Irwin gave me the shot, I barely felt it as she talked to me through every step and was so kind, reassuring and professional. The facility is new, clean and beautiful. It makes you feel calm. And they were very welcoming to my husband - made him a cup of fresh brewed coffee. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Irwin.
