Yuma Valley Ambulatory Pain Services

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Everytime they are 30 minutes to an hour and a half late, for scheduled appointments. They always have an excuse. Don't try calling them, you'll be on the phone forever. Really try any other place. I'm a disabled Army veteran and when I expressed my concern about them always being late, I was treated like a child and told I could go somewhere else. I have to give them one star to post,it should be negative stars.

I have not had any problems until Jeremy left and they gave me Dallin. He is the worst. He should be in pain management. He doesn’t send my prescriptions to my pharmacy and now out of pain meds. He doesn’t care about his patients.

All around fantastic facility. Have had appointments with the clinic and ambulatory surgery center, the staff at both are exceptional! Kind, carrying, compassionate, and attentive.

They messed up my mother's medicine, and now my mother who has broken bones is going without medication because of this offices neglect. They are on very thin ice

We are tired of hearing our mother cry in pain. And this office not being able to own up to the mistake they made.
