I never expected such terrible care from Cleveland Clinic. My first video call with the Endocrinologist was at the end of April. For my next appointment on May 7th- they insisted for it to be an in-person visit (which they knew was a 4 hr round trip for me). This resulted in major frustration when I arrived for my appointment only to discover that my lab results were inconclusive and that I needed to do additional testing at home. I called several times to check on results after waiting a week at a time. There were no expectations set on when I would discuss results with the dr- which I never did, because it was a nurse I spoke to every time. They were not trying to hide their displeasure of my check ins, but for me- when I feel terrible and they are not in a rush to communicate- then yes, I will reach out to ask questions. I finally gave up on a call back or message from the doctor to discuss my results and next steps. My last appointment was set for June 19th- another video call. I finally spoke with the Endocrinologist, only for her to inform me that everything looked normal and no further care was necessary. So, really they could have just called me or messaged me a month and a half ago and not wasted my time and energy worrying- not to mention billing my insurance for another unnecessary appointment.

I had a very disappointing time with Dr Oliver at the end of my appointment I was advised I had to pay 55.00$$to get my contact lens script they are holding it hostage from me I called everyone I could think of to rectify this situation no luck I'm on Medicaid and Medicare for a reason I have no money I was informed I should of been told this prior to my appointment what Cleveland clinics policy was I wasn't informed of this therefore they made a mistake the receptionist who waited on me should be paying it or reprimanded needless to say I'm stuck no glasses no contacts very upset here in glenmont

My wife & I had colonoscopy at this facility & my experience was beyond exceptional . It was truly a world class treatment starting with Ida up front to the nursing staff Kaelyne , Karrie , Kayla , Crystal Gwen and of course Dr. Linda Wang . As busy as they are probably 7 such procedures a day they made us feel we were the only ones there that day . I am sure CCF realizes how lucky they are to have an awesome team in Wooster !

This facility is a wonderful place, the staff is professional and very caring. I was treated for 16 months for my CLL, and they constantly went above and beyond to make my treatment the best it could be. I continue to get blood tests, treatments and xrays at this facility and over the past 4 years I have never been disappointed with the care from the staff there. Only place I will go for my treatments, they always exceed my expectations.

Came in with MY WIFE who is pregnant with OUR BABY and they wouldnt let me go back with her for the appointment because of covid. Really? I dont have the right to hear firsthand the status of the pregnancy? Oh, but they'll let me go back with her if they do an ultrasound. That makes a lot of sense. Because obviously I can't spread germs during an ultrasound. Im perfectly healthy mind you, its just their "no visitor" policy. I'm sick of places keeping families apart when they really need to be together. Cleveland Clinic, will you step up and do what you know is right?
