I've been well taken care of by Dr. Tetro and his team for my hand, wrist and elbow and appreciate all that they have helped me through with my surgeries. They are definitely compassionate and the communication is stellar. I also want to recognize the occupational therapy team upstairs because they have been absolutely incredible. I work with all of the occupational therapists, and I truly appreciate that each of them focuses on different things. Having exercises explained and approached in different ways has made a huge difference in my recovery. They are thoughtful, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable, and they consistently keep me positive even on the hard days. There have been moments of real frustration and emotion, including tears, because my accident had a life changing impact. Through all of that, this team has been steady, compassionate, and motivating. They meet you where you are, help you understand where you should be, and work with you to get as much function and quality of life back as possible. Overall, they are wonderful, and I am genuinely grateful for the care, patience, and expertise they bring every single visit!
Pinnacle is quality. Great Doctors, Both Occupational and Physical therapy centers are awesome. Both myself and my wife have had good experiences with all the Staff.
They are the worst orthopedic ever. They only care about your money. The staff attitude is HORRIBLE. They are always unorganized. Don’t waste your time going there at all. You won’t get answers
Make them double check they take your insurance. They were listed on my insurances website, I called and made an appointment, they took all of my insurance information while making the appointment. Several days later, on the day of that appointment they called to tell me the doctor would not see me because I was not in network. The medical system is screwed up enough when you can't find a doctor to see you same day when you believe you have a broken bone. We don't need more businesses like Pinnacle making errors that push that timeline even further.
Everyone from the front office staff all the way to the nurse and doctor that I met with were all so patient, kind, and helpful. I left my appointment thinking that this might have been the smoothest appointment I’ve ever attended with staff that seemed to genuinely enjoy being there. I also appreciated the expertise of the doctor. On my way to the doctor I was anxious, but I felt so calm and hopeful once I left! Highly recommend!
