I had such a wonderful experience at Wichita Urology Surgery Center. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and genuinely welcomed. The ladies at the front desk were kind, efficient, and made the check-in and copay process easy and stress-free. The nurses were absolutely amazing — they showed so much compassion, care, and respect throughout my visit. The anesthesia team went above and beyond to make me feel calm and comfortable, which meant so much because I was extremely nervous. The surgeon took the time to make sure I fully understood everything and even personally checked on me before I left. That level of attentiveness truly stood out. I was very anxious going in, but the entire team put me at ease and made me feel like they truly cared. Hands down, an amazing experience. I’m so grateful for the care I received.

My husband had a procedure done and we initially expected to pay when we came in for the procedure, however we were told by someone in billing when we got there that our insurance covered the procedure fully and no payment was required. We were of course happy with the news and went on to put the money toward other things we thought we had to put off. A couple of months later we received a bill for the procedure and when I called about it and spoke with the woman who told us it was fully covered, was told they made an error. Surgery went great but the billing experience was awful.

While the clinical care and surgery were exceptional, the billing process has been a major headache. Despite paying my portion upfront, I received a surprise $1,200 invoice five months later. The issue stemmed from the Wichita Urology Surgery Center failing to submit required paperwork to my healthcare provider. If you’re heading there, I strongly recommend confirming that all necessary documentation has been fully processed before your procedure.

I want to thank Dr. Jeffrey S. Davis for the way he performed my surgery. Everything went very well, without any complications, and most importantly, to my pleasant surprise, the recovery period was completely painless. Thank you for your high level of professionalism.

Everything about the experience was perfect! The staff was polite, professional, and genuinely friendly. My 9:15 outpatient surgery actually started on time, and I was actually allowed to recover until I said I was good to leave. Not being rushed out the door after was the icing on the cake. Thank you all so much!!!
