YAMINI SOHRAB and his staff are unprofessional and obviously incompetent! My immigration process was delayed because they made countless mistakes that caused me to revisit the office 3 times! USCIS even had to write on the notice that they were at fault. The girl at the front desk is rude and so dazed and out of it like someone who is on something would act. The 2 other old ladies are rude, slow and lazy and SOHRAB filled out the forms wrong TWICE! THIS IS MY LIFE AND IT IS IMPORTANT TO ME! I PAY YOU FOR A SERVICE. DO YOUR JOB!
I had a very disappointing experience with West Side Medical Center. The receptionist who answered the phone on 5/22/2026 was extremely rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. When patients are calling about important medical procedures that can directly impact their overall health and help detect serious conditions like cancer early, professionalism and compassion should be a priority. Instead, I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. Healthcare providers should understand how stressful and important these situations are for patients. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel unsupported and unwelcome. I would strongly recommend improving customer service and patient communication at the front desk. Patients deserve respect, especially when dealing with critical health matters.
