I brought a friend here for a cataract removal and a lens installation in his left eye and he is happy with the first surgery. Today we are here for his second surgery. The receptionist is professional and respectful.
We were greeted and checked in in a timely manner. The laser procedure was uncomfortable for me but staff was nice and caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Westlake Eye Surgery Center in the future.

Had eye problems on both eyes (done separately) and their billing process is terrible. This last surgery was done in September and I am still having trouble with it. Further, their bill doesn't reflect the patient's payment nor supplemental insurance payment yet after numerous contact with the office they still send the same bill. Whoever does billing needs to go back to school for this.
