Having had seven joint replacements from an injury from Vietnam war I know a little bit about bedside manner and experience. Just wanted to say something positive about Ashley and Barbara actually everyone including the anesthesiologist and my doctor doctor Sepich very nice very professional I can tell you it makes a big difference when you have people like that. My 5 year old had her tubes in her ears put in here and the experience was wonderful. The front desk gentleman was so kind and the nurses were amazing eith our family. They really cared and made sure our daughter was comfortable. They even dressed up her stuffies for surgery! Wonderful experience!

Im not sure about the low star reviews. But today I had a small procedure done here, I had an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. Staff were awesome from front desk to all the nurses. Thank you so much everyone. You are always appreciated more than you know.
My surgery was scheduled for almost 3 months. Major surgery that I had to take a week off of work for. My mother bought a non-refundable plane ticket to come out and care for me afterwards. 6 days before my scheduled surgery, they canceled it because “the anesthesiologist’s rule is they have to have at least 4 people scheduled to make it worth it.” I was the only person scheduled that day. I’m basically not worth their time. They stated this happens frequently! This is an unacceptable and degrading practice on their part. This isn’t a place centered on healthcare. It’s a money making machine exploiting peoples’ ailments. Disgusting.
