My husband came here for knee surgery. They started it but didn't finish because Dr. G said he found an additional problem. My husband was very stressed and anxious about them not deciding to just do what needed to be done and finish it while he was under the anesthesia, but he ended up going back to finish it weeks later. The girls at the front desk check in were very nice, the one from Lebanon and another one. The anesthesiologist - we saw 3 - were all good communicators - a ginger guy, another guy possibly from India or a similar country, and a white guy with a scruffy beard - all nice. The nurse Nicole was VERY nice, warm, patient, kind. Another nurse who said she went to Naugatuck was really nice, pleasant demeanor, making my husband comfortable, and finally an Irish girl with black hair was nice. The only nurse who was NOT nice, and did NOT have a pleasant demeanor, was one who I will not name but she shares her name with a car. She had a tone, she was impatient, she was short and curt, and when I would ask a question she would respond brusquely "I'll get to that." When I asked for a pen to write down what she was saying she said "it's all here on this paper you're going to get." She alone is the reason for giving a 4 star review instead of 5 and she should not be in this profession if she cannot have more patience. Overall, this was a clean place and convenient for surgery.

I had hip replacement there yesterday. I can’t tell you how kind, efficient, and wonderful the staff is. I love this center because they only do orthopedic surgeries and I went home the same day. I didn’t want a hospital because of germs. My nurse’s Mercedes and Nicole were wonderful. The anesthesiologist checked on me several times after the surgery. He has a wonderful bed side personally, so kind. I’m sorry I don’t have his name, just know it starts with an S. Dr. Wood was my surgeon and she is wonderful. She’s kind, knowledgeable, gives me all the time I need for questions, and patient. Alyssa called this morning to check on me, shes so sweet. Thank you to all for taking great care of me. You’re all appreciated so much. Thank you for all you do.

I’ve had multiple surgeries at this establishment. Doctor cimminello did 3 knee surgeries and doctor dunleavy just replaced both my hips. I can not say enough good things about the center and everyone that works there. All of the nurses, doctors, anesthesiologists they are all amazing. Each time I’ve woken up from surgery, a nurse is standing right there with any needs. I asked them for graham crackers and ginger ale (usually what I get) and they were there as soon as I woke up. The nurses call you the next day to check in on you, and doctor dunleavy calls to make sure you are feeling good. Thank you to everyone who has helped me through my surgeries!!!! Special shoutout to Meg, Mercedes, Mallory, doctor dunleavy and my anesthesiologists!!

The nurses and MDs at this center are excellent. I’m grateful to have surgical options but I don’t like surgery. The medical team here appeared genuinely happy and worked well together. I appreciated the positive attitudes, the kindness, and professionalism exhibited during my surgery. It’s too early to comment on results.

Five star+. I could not have hoped for a better experience. From check in to discharge the staff was knowledgeable, professional and caring every step of the way. I was very pleased with the kindness the staff showed my wife and daughter who accompanied me. Dr. Ganal is a first rate surgeon and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering hip replacement surgery. I can’t recall the name of every staff member (they were all excellent) but I do want to praise Erin and Mallory for the extraordinary care they provided. Thanks again.
