Okay optical,I do want to apologize for the bad review. Apparently I ordered a very popular frame. The time it took to get my pair of glasses in was out of optical's hands.. I did finally receive them. Even with me giving a bad review they made sure the glasses fit properly on my large head. Thank you for understanding my frustration.
Had a very bad experience with employee never get to see dr price. Employee was loud rude and told me they would not do cataract surgery on me if i didn't answer her questions. I am a vet. I saw my VA doc and was told for a few years i need this surgery. It is time but they were so backed up at VA i would be able to choose a civilian doc to do my surgery. Yes i do need the surgery. This employed was a bad example to have working for a company that helps patients. She diagnosed me and would not listen to a word i said. She even grabbed my $1.00 reading glasses out of my hand to see what prescription they were. Duh. She wouldn't even listen about those. THEY ARE NOT PRESCRIPTION I said. Worst experience ever. They treat vets the worst i have ever been treated. A doctor or admin should have tried to make things right but let this woman run business off.
I was told to leave my 10 year old child in the Car for my appointment, because they couldn't see me if I had a Child with me or I needed to reschedule my appointment. They didn't seem to mention this rule over the phone when I made 4 separate appointments.
Been in there two times in the last six months to fix my defective eyewear and they would not do it for me. I bought the extended warranty don’t go there
