Caring, excellent staff. Nice facility. I was referred here by Kaiser Permanente for a procedure and it was a great experience. Office staff, anesthesiologist, surgeon... all were great. Highly recommend.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. My endoscopy appointment was cancelled with little to no communication, despite me clearly stating, in writing and over the phone, that I would resolve any outstanding balance at the time of the procedure if it wasn’t handled beforehand. I confirmed this on the Tuesday prior, informing them I’d be out of office until Friday, but available to pay the day of (upcoming Monday) and explicitly asked that the appointment not be cancelled. Unfortunately, that was ignored. To make matters worse: I was never contacted about a past due balance until a few days before the procedure. When I was finally given a balance, I received two completely different amounts with no clear explanation. When I requested an itemized bill and clarification via email, I was ignored. I asked for their billing office hours so I could coordinate payment , they couldn’t provide any, only said they work from home. Despite having both my phone number and email on file, they made zero effort to reach out to me in the weeks or months prior. I requested to speak with an office manager and was told flatly that they would not speak with me. Then I was informed that a “supervisor” had reviewed my email and instructed the surgeon's office to cancel the procedure. You’d think that same supervisor would have reached out directly, but no one ever did. What’s even more concerning is that my doctor’s office reached out after the fact and informed me that they had supposedly sent letters and had been trying to collect a balance, which was news to me. Even more confusing, their billing department is completely separate, yet somehow they had very specific details about my case. This raises serious concerns about privacy and potential HIPAA violations. Throughout this experience, I was trying to cooperate in good faith. I spoke with Jennifer and Veronica and made it clear I was prepared to pay. Instead of working with me or simply responding to a few reasonable questions, they canceled my procedure and shut down all communication. It’s clear that patient care is not the priority here, billing is. The disorganization, lack of communication, conflicting information, and disregard for patient privacy is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting. Communication and emails are attached for reference that were reviewed, ignored, and not responded to in a timely matter knowing the procedure would be happening the next business day.

I went in for a colonoscopy. Everybody was very caring and courteous. They explained everything before each part of the procedure and were very understanding. The procedure was quick and went smoothly.

I recently went in for a colonoscopy and want to sincerely thank the entire medical team for their exceptional care. Dr. Mund and Dr. Loray , along with the nurses and staff, were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. They made me feel completely at ease and well looked after throughout the entire process. Thanks to their expertise and gentle approach, I didn’t feel a thing—the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent care and kindness from everyone involved. Thank you all for doing such a great job.
