USA Health Baldwin Surgery Center

This facility has some of the best nursing (and overall) staff I've ever dealt with during a procedure. I was greeted by a very kind woman when first arriving at the facility, and when I was taken back to be prepped for my procedure, the primary nurse that got me prepped and was still helping me afterward when I got out of surgery was fantastic. She was so kind, informative, and helpful throughout the entire time that I was there! The anesthesiologist (Thomas) and the fellow assisting him that morning were also very kind and answered every single question I had about what was going to be taking place and what to expect. The PT nurse that spoke to me post-op about recovery was also incredibly helpful and so sweet---she even wrote down the answers to my questions I had for her so I would have those answers with me once I got home and the last of the anesthesia wore off, and despite how hard I tried to remember all that she told me in person, I definitely benefited from having those handwritten notes once I got back in my right mind hours later and struggled to remember what all was said. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I don't have a single complaint about the entire place or anyone in it! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a procedure done. :)

Dr. Park placed a screw in my 5th metatarsal on my left foot. This facility was an absolute dream. Everyone who had contact with me was amazing from the moment I walked in the door to when I was rolled out. Friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and efficient people and practices. Hope I never need their services again, but 10/10 recommend.

Surgery was good, however the billing department is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. They will not respond to the insurance requirements/request or patient phone calls. I have been trying to contact billing for 2 months and my insurance company has called them on 4-5 occasions on my behalf, and still NO response as of 8/20/25. The surgery was performed in early April 2025. Shame on USA Health - Baldwin County Surgery Center- Fairhope, Alabama Update 9/11/25 -- a line of communications have been established in a joint effort to resolve this issue. Extremely professional and nice. Felt very comfortable beginning and end of my procedure. Each interaction was genuinely amazing! First surgery and felt like I had friends all around me. Thank you to the entire staff!

I want to thank Dr Barfield my pain doctor and the anesthesia team that took care of me yesterday on5/20/25. Their kindness and thoughtfulness and care exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is having any procedure done to utilize this facility. My experience was one of exceptional quality. I left their feeling like a new person and when I woke up this morning I feel even better. Thank you so much for these kind and considerate people who took the time to make sure that I was well taken care of.
