I’m not a run to the doctor kind of guy. At 68 I’ve only needed a doctor a few times in my life. My check engine light came on and I found myself at Spokane Urology. I needed to be put under anesthesia for a small operation. I awoke with absolutely no side effects no drowsiness no nausea, I was very impressed with the procedure. Dr. Dieter did a wonderful job. Everyone was very kind and informative. I went in for a follow up and Rachel was wonderful for me. Very knowledgeable, kind, and her hands were warmer than Levi’s. I have nothing but respect for my new friends who have helped me get my health back. Thank you!. Joe Cote.
I had the most amazing experience with Dr.Bryan Voelzke and his amazing team. I had a horrible kidney stone (my first ever) and they were so amazing from beginning to end. In helping me and getting me in quickly for the procedure (because I have another procedure at the end of the month that might have been affected by the kidney stone) while having the most painful experience of my life to date, they gave me the best experience I could have asked for. Incredibly kind and considerate. They acted quickly and efficiently. And the scheduler/nurse gave me some incredibly helpful information to help handle everything. I am so beyond impressed and pleased with him and his team. They all deserve cookies and a raise. They were incredible.
OMG. My story has to be one of a kind. The biggest scrotum sack ever!!! Epididymitis surgery. Didnt go to well. Hematoma the size of a melon/canalope and growing. Ginormous. Dr. Deters did my first surgery and did amazing. Made me feel taken care of. He also did the Hematoma drainage 2 days later. Once again, awesome. The most understanding, sympathetic, apologetic (When he didn't need to be) and made me feel well provided for the entire time, both times. I would love to say, if I ever need this surgery again, Dr. Deters would be my go to, but I HOPE I NEVER NEED THIS SURGERY AGAIN!! Thank you, Sir.
Dr Deters in my opinion is superb. He did just what he said he would do to help me and I am recovering as expected. I highly recommend him. The organization itself needs some administrative correction but the physician's skills are commendable. Also, some of the RNs need to be trained better or transferred to answering phone calls rather than being left with the patient in recovery.
I really enjoyed how they treated me and how quick they called my name. Miss Rachel Galazka was very respectful and provided a good plan to help me with my health needs. She worked to incorporate a plan with my Urology needs and my other health needs which put my total trust in her and am so glad she is part of my Team!! Overall my experience was great and I know I am on the right path with my health because of Miss Rachel Galazka. Thank You!!
