Worse experience ever. I have never been a patient nor had any phone calls, mail or anything from them in the past or present yet when my doctor recently referred me there they claimed I did. I tried to explain I wasn’t even living in Macon at the time period of the no shows they claimed. They don’t care or listen and were very extremely rude and condescending. Even if this error was corrected today I wouldn’t even be confident of receiving care now due to this bad experience. They lack professionalism and understanding. I very seldom miss my appointments and I always call if something happens. How can I no show to a place I never been to or registered in the beginning?
Moving here from Alaska has been quite the transition. However, meeting the most phenomenal doctor has made the transition tolerable. Dr. Brian T. Geary has displayed such a high level of professionalism, integrity and most importantly, compassion. His mannerisms and knowledge of my situation I've lived with for many years made me hopeful. I truly trust he will help improve quality of life. A special shout out to his amazing team players, Cheryl, Quad and Tenisha. Thank you all for making my first time visit memorable. I appreciate your kind and warm welcome to this Alaskan/Nola Queen.
I work for a provider that sends probably around 4-5 patients per week AT LEAST to your facility. I have never heard any complaints and have always felt confidently in sending referrals here. Today has made me question this choice. I had a patient come there for an appointment and upon arriving, his daughter noticed an elderly man parked by the door sitting ON the compartment IN the door of his vehicle. The daughter asked if he needed help and he stated that he needed a wheelchair because he was unable to walk in. She went in to sign her father in and told THREE front desk staff TWICE about the situation outside their facility. She was ignored TWICE. The lady proceeded to get her father seated and take HIS rollator back outside to assist the man. The man tried to pay her and she refused. It was clear that he was in distress and she did what she had to do to help. With all this being said, I have to ask myself if this is also the type of treatment that our patients receive when going there? I will be speaking with the provider I work for and fill her in on this situation. If nothing else, basic humanity is free! The man obviously needed help and was left outside in the cold to just do whatever he had to do until there was an "available wheelchair." I do not know how long he had sat there or how long he would've sat there had it not been for this individual that helped him. What I do know is that there is no excuse for this. IF there was no wheelchair available to transport him in throughout your WHOLE FACILITY, there should have been measures taken to help him be properly seated back into his vehicle. That's it, end of rant.
Dr Casey is a fine doctor but the office itself is impossible to reach by phone. If you try to pay your bill through the portal it does not accept the information. As a business there should be someone to answer that phone during business hours. It doesn't matter if you call billing if you call the front desk no matter what extension you try to reach you have to leave a voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous way to run an office.
Dr. Robinson and Lauren are great caretakers of my health. I appreciate them so much, and I know they care about my health. I highly recommend this practice. The staff from the office folks to the laboratory, nurses are great.
They treat a variety of urological conditions, including overactive bladder, urinary tract infections, erectile dysfunction, prostate cancer, and kidney stones.
