I Thank God for Dr Glover, he changed my life and that’s is good. I constantly made frequent stops because I couldn’t hold my water. Very embarrassing. But now after surgery no more frequents.thank You Dr Glove 😊. Sincerely, Mrs Johnson.

Proceed with Caution This doctor definitely knows his stuff, but that doesn't seem to be enough to overcome the crass attitude and office environment. My first visit was surprisingly good. I got in quick and didn't even have to sit in the waiting room. Went back to exam room where doc did a physical exam and immediately diagnosed my problem. He stated that I needed to come back in a few weeks for a pre-op appt prior to my actual surgery, which was slightly more than a month out. Fast forward to my pre-opp. Spent an hour in the patient waiting room (I know things happen and I'm not faulting them, it's just an observation of the experience). Doc finally comes into the room and he is dressed in sweat pants and a black leather jacket. He's the guy who went to Johns Hopkins, not me, so I suppose he can dress however he wants, but it was just a weird vibe. He had no idea why I was there. Didn't ask if symptoms had progressed, improved, declined, or changed. No physical exam, no xray or ultrasound, just told me to come to the counter to sign papers. Doc and (presumably) wife then began to shuffle papers in front of me, offering ZERO explanation for what I was signing. Literally no context or information at all. They then attempted to get me to pay, in advance, my entire deductible up front. To be clear, they had never told me about what the surgery would cost, what to expect for recovery, etc. I told them I wasn't prepared to spend thousands that day without some dialogue, they asked if I would be able to do it at my surgery the following week (again, weird) and I said I would try. I then went on my way. After some quick googling I find that I'm not the only one who seemed to be rushed into a surgery without validating imaging and experienced a sub-par office environment. I followed my intuition and decided to consult another doctor. That's when things got even worse. The new doc requested my records MULTIPLE times, and never got a response. They asked me if I could get them, to which I responded I would also try. I called to request them and they stated I had to come physically into the office to sign the medical release form. This is a silly office policy that is not grounded in any legal necessity. I told them I live over an hour away, please just email it. They said "we don't have email" (yes, this happened in 2024). They told me the best they could do would be to fax it to me and then obtain a notarized signature and fax it back. You have got to be kidding, right? Obviously I told them that was insane and I wouldn't be wasting my time if they would just respond to my new doctors request. They stated all that needed to be done by the new doctor was to fax the request. The doctor tried this multiple times with no response. There's no doubt that Dr. Glover knows his stuff. He has awards and top-tier education, but his grumpy attitude, poor office policies, and quick reaction to jump to a surgery without imaging validation should be a reason for anyone to pause and consider alternative offices.

Let me just say that Dr. Glover is THE BEST urologist I have ever met! He is so passionate about what he does and he truly cares for his patients, AND IT SHOWS! He and his wife both are kind and loving individuals! I have never had a dr go out of his way to treat my family members but he did with both my husband Shawn and my daughter Morgan! Highly recommend him to anyone needing a urologist!!!

Anyone that requires a mask after all of the evidence of the COVID-19 days needs to know we're not falling for it anymore. Will not come here in the future.
