DISSAPOINTING TREATMENT! My husband went to this place because he passed a kidney stone a while back and was having symptoms again. His urine sample and Ultrasound came back with concerns. He was given paperwork for another urine sample at Quest and asked where he wants to get a CT scan. We gave them the name of the place for the CT and went on our way. A week later, we called the CT place and they said they still haven't received his referral and to call back again. We called several times and they said try calling the Urologist to get it sent bc it looks like it was never sent. I called the Urologist office and was told that a tech named Rosa should have sent it by now so here is her direct line so you can get a hold of her. She then sent me to her line and I left a message. The next afternoon, I tried again, no answer just a machine...days and days of messages and no callbacks. I tried the CT place again 2 1/2 weeks after his visit and they still haven't got it. What's a patient to do if the doctors don't do their job? So I went down to Urology Associates and went to the doctors receptionist and told her what was happening. I was very polite but made my self clear that Rosa and the staff had not done their job and refused to call us back. The receptionist looked like she was over it and didn't care. She looked it up and saw that IT WAS NEVER SENT. So here we are weeks later, I told her my husband is having issues and his father had bladder cancer and she DOESN'T EVEN APPOLOGIZE for THEIR mistake. Here we are almost a month later and he is in excruciating pain and waiting for the referral to go through so he can finally get the CT he needs. I want to make a complaint to the company that ROSA does NOT do her job and should be reviewed. Also, the receptionists should learn how to be nice to patients who come there for help. We are not there for shits and giggles. We are their bc someone needs help healing. Ladies, if you don't like your job or can't do it properly- find a new one! Don't take out your frustrations on patients! Don't leave us hanging! I wouldn't take your loved ones here if you don't have to. And if you do go, ask to watch them send the referrals so you know it will actually happen. Advocate for yourself or you'll just be treated like a number- one they never call. Very Disappointed!!

This young Dr is a wonderful woman as well as my Doctor. She is so very caring and respectful of her patients. I feel very fortunate to be one of her patients. I feel very blessed and grateful she is so knowledgeable and always listens to your happy times and sad ones to.

I saw PA Kathy Villarreal today for the first time and was impressed with the time she spent in going over my concerns and treatment plan. Her thoroughness and attention to detail was very much appreciated, as was her willingness to answer my questions. Both the front and back office staff/medical assistants were pleasant and efficient.

So far bad experience My physician sent a referral 2/10 took me weeks to get a hold of “referral coordinator” 3/3 she stated she needed to verify my insurance but me on hold and plate phone disc. No call back. Called again multiple times left messages finally got a hold of someone who stated there is a note that they verified ins. and to go ahead and schedule. Next available appointment is 5/8. Leaving overseas 5/14th. Dr stated there is a 30% chance of cancer. Hopefully everything is ok but what if I do and they waited 3 months to see a dr and god knows how long before going MRI and other tests. Absolutely terrible. I probably be better off doing everything overseas

I'm an ongoing patient at the urology office. I saw Dr Peter Garcia today and had a good visit, Dr Garcia, is very easy to talk to and share concerns with. I had only one issue and that did not involve the Dr. It was the waiting room in this specific area. Playing on the TV on the East wall when I arrived was an A&E murder mystery and when I left it was some kind of horror movie. I chose to go to another nearby waiting area where I learned a healthy tip for food prep I will do tonight or tomorrow.
