I've been thee two times in the last year for Caudal Epidural Steroid Injections (CESIs): in my lower back. Upper Bay is spotless, clean, and professional in every matter. Every one of the staff is friendly and nice. I highly recommend Upper Bay.
My wife had shoulder surgery, and the experience could not have been better. From check in to getting in the car to go home every staff member was warm and friendly. They all made my wife feel at ease seeing just how nervous she was. The care that she received was second to none. The anesthesiologist was just as friendly as the rest of the staff. He put her at total ease before her going into surgery. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. I personally want to say thank you too Peggy, Bridget RN, Brenda RN, Sarah RN, and Nicole RN. You all made this nerve-racking surgery for my wife as easy and as comfortable as possible We are both grateful to you all.
Had cervical spine disc fusion yesterday. Not the most pleasant thing to do but I'm glad I went here. Everyone from start to finish was caring and professional. They were busy with multiple patients, but I never waited when I needed a nurse. A huge shout out to nurse Bridget who treated me like her own family member. Dr. Yalamanchili did a fantastic job, as did the anesthesiologist. The lady at the front desk was super nice. Everyone was sincere in wanting me to have the best experience possible. The building was clean and bright and I saw nothing out of place. A+++ to the entire team!
The doctors and staff are wonderful. They absolutely care about helping you feel better. I drive 2 hours to go there and it is definitely worth the drive. I have never had a bad experience there. They are very cognizant of your comfort and care. Pre op as well as post op is excellent as far as making sure you are ready for your procedure and they make it as confortable as possible, as well as, making sure you are comfortable to transition to home. It is a great place to have procedures done and my , Patrick Callahan, MD is absolutely wonderful and takes very good care of his patients.
I had an awesome experience at upperbay surgical center. I needed to be there at 6:30am and everyone was so kind and helpful. From the receptionist, to my nurses, anesthesiologist, to my doctor. I had two discs replaced and a fusion by Dr. Yalamanchili. It was a great experience. I will definitely go back if any surgical needs are in my future. ❤️
