I had a terrible experience at UC Cherry Creek surgery. They were unable to place an IV, unwilling to offer a little lidocaine to ease the pain and absolutely unkind and unable to take accountability for any of it. They blamed me for their inability to provide even the most basic care. Dr. Brainard, Medical Director, was absolutely appalling in her (lack of) care. Per the doctor: they don't numb hands. So, unless you want you hand stabbed and then to be blamed when it hurts too much to place the IV, I'd recommend an office with a more compassionate and individualized approach. Maybe even just offer lidocaine to a clearly stressed patient? But as leader of the clinic, for anyone experiencing it, it's just a tiny prick! So, It felt like she has created an atmosphere that is completely unsupportive of patient needs and makes absolutely no accommodations for a sensitive patient. And when I complained about it, I got gaslit by the medical director, Dr Brainard and the Director of Nursing. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are seeking kindness, competence or care. That don't practice that!

I had a botched surgery earlier this year and needed reconstruction. I was terrified because I felt so terrible after my last surgery. I thought that was normal until I came here. These folks were so kind. When I started crying before going under for the first surgery, the anesthesiologist just huffed and gassed me. This time, they held my hand and encouraged me to think about something that calms me and makes me happy. Last time, I woke up and was rushed out after about 30 minutes. This time, I was given a couple of hours to come out of things and get ready to leave. Last time, I spent hours violently vomiting blood after I got home. This time, I didn't even feel nauseous. If my first surgery has gone like this one, I wouldn't have been so terrified for the second one. Surgery is never fun, but if I ever need another one, I'd like it to be here.

the staff were okay, I noticed a lot of inconsistencies between me and other patients with the check in. Like other people got asked way more stuff they kinda just rushed through mine, and when I woke up from surgery my mouth was all cut up and lips were swollen and bleeding. I had surgery on my breast so I was very confused why my mouth was messed up, I asked them why this happened and they said the breathing tube… I’ve never had something like this happen during a procedure before even when I had my wisdom teeth out. My mouth was hurting more than my actual procedure site. When I asked for something to rinse my mouth out with or something to get the blood out they came back with a tube of chapstick… I was still dazed from anesthesia so I just didn’t say anything else. Very odd. But they were nice

Had an amazing experience at this facility for a not-so-amazing surgery. The staff made everything easier and was compassionate, patient, and kind throughout the process. Thank you to Lauren, Mary, Dr. Johnson, and the rest of the staff that helped take care of me. The facility was also very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend choosing this location for a procedure if you have the option.

I had a great experience here when I had a procedure. I have had this procedure done before at other places, and this was by far the best experience. All of the staff was very kind and knowledgeable, but my nurse Devon was especially caring, answered all of my questions, and did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I will be requesting any future procedures to be done at this location going forward.
