I had a very good experience from the reception desk to the operational surgery dept. Everyone was very cordial and had an attitude of gratitude and a willingness to be friendly. Ms. Melanie was very helpful and assisted me with registration after I advised that I tried to pre-register. The operation staff had a great attitude. I don’t remember everyone’s name but those that worked on Wednesday, May 26, 2026 from 12:00 pm until 3:00pm were Awesome! Nurse Carol, the tall heavy male nurse/doctor’s assistant in the operational/surgery room, Randy and his dual tandem tall nurse with the unconventional hair cut; everyone of these individuals deserves a bonus they make the facility look good. Also, the made me comfortable, relaxed and at peace.I would use this service again and recommend to others.

Randy greeted me with a big smile and called me by name. I was processed and taken back immediately by Carol, who set up my bed and waiting room. Eric checked to confirm my information was correct. Kim collected my vitals and Micha confirmed my clot, history for the last two month and that I would be using local only. Carol rolled me to room 2 where Frank and Jimmy were setting up for my procedure. Frank went through all of the things he would be doing, showing me the big Ole clot on the screen. With a steady hand, Frank administered the numbing agent. Dr Peeler arrived, greeting me so pleasantly and when to work. Before I knew it, Dr Peeler was wishing me a good day and Frank did the closing 4 stitches...back to recovery, remove the heart lead s and blood pressure cuff. Paperwork processed and offer a sandwich and drink for the ride home. In my personal opinion this access center hits high 5's for service, attention to details, personnel connections and concern for my health and welfare. I will always use their services. Thanks Gang. See you next quarter....lol

The nicest caring staff that anyone can come in contact with. Their sincere and caring spirit makes you comfortable from registration at the front desk to the surgery area. Always friendly and compassionate. You feel comfortable with the procedure you are undertaking. I can honestly say thank you and sincerely mean this for the all the staff and doctor at Azura medical 2nd floor employees. Thank you for caring and making my visit easy and enjoyable.

My first time at this doctor’s office, short time in the waiting room. Then I was given very good care from the nurse getting me ready for the procedure. The doctor told me what was happening, then it was over. When I was done and ready to leave, I was given a light lunch because they knew I had not eaten. I truly recommended this doctor’s office and their whole staff even their receptionist were great.Randy was the main nurse taking care of me and transported me to my vehicle, he is an outstanding nurse and a very great person.
