The surgical team that helped with my cataract surgery was great! Joel, Joanna, Andre, Glossy and Amerius (please excuse me if I misspelled any of your names)were great. I felt like they cared for my wellbeing and they explained everything out that was going to happen. Dr. Wainess, you are the absolute best Doctor in the world! I appreciate that you came out and talked to me before the surgery and you answered all my questions. Now I totally understand why you chose this profession!🤗Thank you because this is like a whole new world, seeing without eyeglasses I have worn since childhood. I love it!!! After being scheduled for Cateract Surgery at Trinity Eye Solutions, after seen an Opthomologist at Acuity Eye Center in Lancaster and having my Pre-Opt completed, one day before I was supposed to begin eye drops, in preparation for surgery, I called to get my time slot for surgery. I received the time I was to be there for surgery. I received a call within about an hour from the Surgery Coordinator. I was told the Surgery Center was not contracted with Medicare! I don't know what is going on but I have contacted a different Doctor, and am setting up my surgery. This has been the worst experience I've had to deal with ever! I was left hanging! Nothing was done to help or correct the problem! I will never return to this Eye Group!
