I love this practice! Dr. Jones is an amazing doctor. I also love his P.A. Kelsey. His staff also is very kind and nice. Dr. Jones and Kelsey always take really good care of me and always address any of my concerns. I would highly recommend this group to anyone.
Dr Daniel Fagel is a very professional, knowledgeable liver specialist. I was honored to have a consultation with him on December 4th. He gave me excellent advice. I was sad to learn that he is going to retire in May. I will definitely miss him! However, I wish him a happy and enjoyable retirement. Admin/Nursing staff are amazing & delivered a wonderful experience. However, the experience with Dr. Patton was less than thrilling. Dr. Patton acted as if my wife and I were wasting her time when asking relevant questions regarding causes/solutions to medical concerns and long term medication usage. Would go back to Tri-State for future needs but would seek a different physician
Ms. Kelsey was very easy for me to talk to about such an uncomfortable subject. She was extremely articulate and also listened to my concerns. From there she came up with an individual plan to start me with. I’m happy to report that Ms. Kelsey’s advice is already working!!!
Doctor Redfield is useless. Wouldn't Recommend going to her unless you're absolutely desperate and when you do you will be met with judgement and staff that will drag their feet to do anything if they do it at all. They don't care about you they just want the paycheck. Was talked down to by doctor Redfield during every visit and refused treatment due to past drug usage. Was given major attitude when being told that they essentially aren't going to do anything for me and I went to a while appointment for no reason. They're dumb if they think I'm paying for that!!!!!
