This was my second time having a endoscopy but I was very anxious since it’s been awhile & when I came in all the staff were very kind they made me feel very comfortable.
I had my fourth colonoscopy performed by Dr. Epstein. He also performed my colon surgery 4 years ago, after having a suspect polyp. The surgery was easy, no pain and great recovery. The staff, nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. Epstein were wonderful. The waiting room, as well as, the prep room are very clean and steryl. I highly recommend them, and will continue with them.
I had to go to have two procedures today. I have never been there. Check-in young lady was polite. The pre-op nurses were so awesome. The two nurses who led me to the procedure room were fabulous. The Dr who put me to sleep was very clever, I didn’t even know or payed attention, very caring. Dr Katta, who is new to me, was very reassuring that all was going to be ok. Bonus: met up with a friend I worked with many yrs ago!
The staff and Dr Epstein were amazing , they made what is often an unpleasant and scary procedure, stress free and unbelievably comfortable. From making my appointment to walking out the door I was treated with so much kindness and care, Thank you to the staff anesthesiologist and doctor you are all amazing at your jobs!
I was so nervous as this was the first time I was doing a colonoscopy. The service from the staff and my doctor (Dr. Epstein) was worth the drive from Palm Beach County! Kudos to a caring staff including my doctor. The only discomfort is the preparation the night before. An amazing staff and thanks for your care! I definitely would go back there and do recommend their services!
