Horrible experiences each time. I went there in 2023 for a procedure that would have me on medical leave for 6 weeks. When I woke up, the nurse said to me in a sing-song voice, “good morning. We didn’t do the procedure because we had the wrongs parts.” They rescheduled me for a week later. Well I couldn’t just rearrange my schedule to return to work due to the nature of my job so I lost income. They didn’t care. My Employer strongly encouraged me to sue them. I didn’t. I went almost a year after that in 2024 for a different procedure. I was given a liquid antacid. First time I was ever given that before any procedure. Nasty stuff. I told them to be careful because of my injured hip (replacement). They put me under before I left the prep room. I woke up chocking on fluids. Nurse quickly removed a huge wad of tissue from my hand. The antacid caused me to vomit and choke. Later that day, I developed a fever and the coughing wouldn’t stop. I was instructed to go to the ER by my doctor for fear of inhalation. I noticed I had scratches all over both thighs and a blood vessel in my eye had popped. The ER was very expensive with so many tests. Troy Center called me as a follow up. I explained my whole ordeal and asked them to find out what happened. They never called back. I sent them an email with photos of all of my injuries. I never heard back. I should sue them. Incompetent and dangerous.

Well, folks, I just had my yearly bladder exploratory surgery and yep Town Center once again showed itself to be the best. My primary pre op nurse was Jennifer. What a fantastic person as well as a very professional and knowledgeable nurse. Probably the best sense of humor of any nurse I've ever had. Stacy worked with Jennifer in pre op and yep she was great. Attentive, knowledgeable and with answers to my questions...I typically have a lot of them lol. Then I met Karen the head operation nurse...yet another awesome person. I was a bit bummed I didn't have more time to interact with these remarkable woman. Surgery (Dr. Jason Hafron) went perfectly as always and I left pretty stoned but blessed to have been treated by these remarkable professionals. Highly recommend this practice.

I only went here bc my dr did her procedures there. The “nurses” in pre op were very unprofessional, talking/laughing/goofing around/not paying attention to patients. I was there for an incomplete miscarriage & the “nurse” in pre op asked me if I’d ever considered adoption. Like before my surgery to remove my unviable pregnancy. Just really really insensitive. Didn’t get anything to help me be less anxious until I was being wheeled into the OR. (Too late.) The anesthesiologist said “nighty night” in like a weird menacing way as he knocked me out. I have horrible memories of that. Ugh. This was in November 2020.

Discharge directions incomplete; glossed over by nurse and ended up in ER with uncontrolled pain and infection same day.
