Honestly don't know where to begin. I recently took my mother to see these doctors for her legs and let me begin with the horror show. The women working for Dr Sayeed were pleasant except or his medical assistant which starts the horror show. My mother was to get some type of monitor and sleep study done but none were ever ordered. I called and asked to speak to his assistant but got the run around from someone else. I could actually hear his assistant tell the other woman what to tell me. Why was it so hard to speak to me? Then my mother was scheduled for an ultrasound which I did like they were able to give her that appointment immediately in office. I took my mother in to get her ultrasound done and the staff that greeted me was horrible. I stood there amid them talking about someone's dog passing (sad I know but there's a time a place for these conversations) and finally the girl at the front Cristy checked my mother in. There were a few interruptions during the ultrasound though which is rude and just wrong considering my mother is bottomless and uncovered. A woman came in which according to the man performing the ultrasound was "the boss" and started asking him questions about work during him performing my mothers ultrasound! We left there and then went on to her follow up. Dr Sayeeds checkout woman was nice but I got a sense of rush as the doctor came out and started giving her orders on the next patient which then caused a bit of a back up. Then as she was giving us instructions for my mothers procedure his assistant came out and gave her more to do. Can we just let the woman give me our information and then ask her for help. God bless her soul in the time I was there atleast 3 people asked her for something. Then came procedure day. I was told by the checkin across the hall that the doctor was running behind due to a meeting which is fine. Then passed 30 then 40 minutes. I saw that woman that came in during the ultrasound (finally got her name: Jennifer) talking to the doctor. Swear this woman sure does know how to interrupt people. Finally they took my mother back. Doctor was professional came out and spoke with me but my gosh his assistant during the procedure covered in tattoos and looked as though she hadn't brushed her hair in a few days she was straight RUDE. Every time I would ask a question she would roll her eyes and answer in a condescending tone. Then came check out. Another girl this one with very short hair acted as though we were interrupting her conversation with another woman. She was rude too. I just don't understand if you don't like talking to people or helping people then sweetie the medical field just is not for you! When I called to submit a complaint I got Jennifer. Mind you she has an attitude as well. She wasn't very helpful but "assured" me this would get resolved. This place is unprofessional and needs better management quick!

My father in law had a procedure performed here. The location is nice. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and provided great care. They also followed up with him after his procedure to make sure everything was going well.
