I have been to the Total Surgery Center twice over the past 12 months. Both were very pleasant experiences. They have a great and very friendly staff that make you feel comfortable while you are there waiting for whatever procedure your going to get. You can trust them with your life. They are real pros in their line of work, and they all seem to work together very well. I highly recommend this surgery center.
I have had a few spinal blocks and ablations there. Nice staff...Lori and Andrew are always very kind and professional. l wish I could remember all of their names, because they really are all very kind. Dr. Hussey is very skilled at performing the ablations. So far, the procedures have helped with the spine/back and neck pain. The anesthesiologists have the sedation procedure mastered. I have not had nausea or vomitting post op with any of these surgeries, like I usually do. I feel comfortable, safe and in good hands there.
My experience was poor. The bedside manner of the staff was awful. Nurse Peggy is a nasty distasteful woman. Her comments and demeanor towards me were rude at best. Surgeon Gerber or his staff couldn't be bothered to contact me back after my Spinal Cord Stimulator began to malfunction. I have contacted a lawyer.
