Dr. Ali and the entire team, from the front desk to final recovery with the post-op nurse, were extremely professional, hospitable and amazingly kind. The entire medical staff made my first experience, undergoing eye surgery, a wonderful and stress free experience overall. Everyone is so kind and attentive. Dr. Ali is simply amazing. The surgery time was a breeze, and I experienced NO pain in the operating room. I have to return in two weeks to receive surgery in my other eye. I look forward to being in good hands again with this medical team of excellence at Tinley Woods Surgical Center.
From start to finish this place was fantastic! I had two kids get ear surgery a few months apart and BOTH times the team was amazing! Our nurses- Mary Jo, Barbara, Annie, Brianna, Monika, and Ann were just great. Both times they were so awesome with our children and even recognized us the second time! Our anesthesia team with Dr. Lee both times was great too! So professional and calming. And our kids woke up from anesthesia so well because of him. Dr. Marra was great and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to Christy from billing and front desk Alicia and Donna! Truly some of the best:) this place is packed full of great people that make your experience less stressful. Thais TWSC❤️
This was my first time visiting for a scheduled surgery ( deviated septum and turbinate reduction ) and I rarely leave reviews but this place deserves more than 5 stars. The entire team from the front staff to the nurses and of course my doctor ( Dr Amine Mohammad ) was absolutely beyond amazing. They took care of me and I did not even feel the least bit of discomfort. The surgery itself was flawlessly executed and I had minimal downtime. Numerous family members reported how quickly I recovered and I owe that to the professionalism and expertise of the entire team at Tinley woods. May God Bless each and every single one of you for helping me. I can finally breathe ! Dr amine is the absolute best. I will only be recommending him to everyone I know who has any ear nose/ throat concerns. Nurse carrie was also spectacular as well ! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Syed
Went in for procedure on February 17th. Check in was a breeze, I was taken back to prep quickly followed by a painless procedure. All caregivers were attentive and terrific. Thanks to Dr. Manglano, Dr. Lee, Alicia, Marleen, MaryClare, Jamie and Trish. You all are the best!
I had shoulder surgery here and I am extremely happy with the care I received from the staff at this center! From the receptionist to the nurses, everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. My nurses were so wonderful and helped ease my anxiety about having this surgery. I would recommend this place to anyone.
