I had a series of tests done on my bladder while I was at the Surgery Center. The 2 nurses, Jessica and Elizabeth, made me feel comfortable and rekatively calm during the physically invasive procedures. Kudos to both! Dr. Szabo was also efficient and kind in getting me through the ordeal.

I love the doctor I see here at urology, but I got a bill for $509.69 for just a visit and urine culture. I requested and itemized bill, but it just seems outrageous to me that a visit and urine culture cost $500 when I’ve only ever paid less than $50 for all of my previous visits. Very upsetting, I don’t plan to go back if this is how patients are treated, with no info about their bills until you call a million people to try and figure it out. If this is the future expectation of what the rest of my bills are gonna be for simple things, I don’t recommend anyone come here. Your PCP can do a urine culture for cheaper.

I have been a patient of The Urology Group for years and have always been highly impressed with the care and expertise provided. I just had a prostatectomy done by Dr. Mark Delworth and TEAM. I am so thankful for his, and their, expertise, personal interaction, and record of success among the top providers anywhere. In fact, every single person I've ever interacted with at The Urology Group is kind, confidence-inspiring, and excellent at what they do! I HIGHLY recommend! Thank you so much TEAM. And thank you Dr. Delworth.

It’s been a little over a week since my relationship started with Michelle Davis and she’s been very supportive, understanding and she has been explaining everything to me in detail (as I requested). When I’ve called the office they have answered my concerns with in the hour. The ladies that have called me back have been pleasant and patient. I’m not the easiest person to deal with when I’m in pain BUT this team has been VERY patient, understanding and supportive. Dr.Davis has been trying to keep me comfortable until I can get rid of the kidney stone ,which isn’t an easy task. My pain tolerance is loooooow and this is my first time EVER having this issue! I’m very satisfied with the treatment that Michelle Davis’s office has provided to me!

I cannot name a single positive. •I had surgery a while back where a urologist was consulted and decided to place a urethral stent. There was no conversation from the urologist with my husband during/after the surgery to explain the procedure, no information, no follow-up call as told to expect from my surgeon. I’ve still never spoken to or met the urologist and not without trying. • Chose to have it removed unmedicated but the only option was the surgical center since there was no string option discussed or allowed. While taking less time than a Cystoscopy which can be done in an office and nearly identical, removal still cost around to 3,000 before insurance, half of which for the doctor’s three minutes spent in the room and half for “hospital fees” with no breakdown of cost after multiple requests. •Now, I’ve started getting emails that my account is over due. I logged in and it turns out not only did they double bill me in October, they then moved the agreed upon date to the end of the month without notifying or asking me, and stopped billing me in December even though my account notes an active autopay agreement to be billed the 10th of each month. Choose any other group. **update, they claim it was cancelled but that billing didn’t cancel it. They created a new payment plan and to ensure I am not double billed, I was told to cancel the active payment plan that’s in my account and set me up for a new one. I was told to cancel the payment plan they said doesn’t exist.
