I recently had ACL reconstructions surgery at this facility and I was extremely happy with the services. Everyone from the nurses, to the receptionist, to the surgical and anesthesiology teams were AMAZING. Super attentive and they listened to all of my questions and concerns. I felt very cared for and they made a stressful situation seem like a breeze. I can't recommend this place enough. They never kept me waiting and everything ran smoothly and on time. Thanks again!!!!
I had shoulder surgery here recently, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The facility may be on the smaller side, but it’s really well-kept and clean. The reception staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze. Nurses were attentive and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. And my doctor was amazing – really took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel confident about the procedure. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone needing surgery.

Daniel, Angie and Bernice are super friendly and helpful. They all went above and beyond to ensure that my surgery went smooth and uneventful. If it wasn't for this amazing team my surgery may not have happened. They even went as far as obtaining auth from my insurance company which was not even part of their tasks. They did not hesitate to go above and beyond. Great team!
Extremely unprofessional center and personnel. First and foremost, be careful, this center commits billing fraud. Day of surgery I walk in to check in, first impression of the center, the nurse and front desk staff where fighting with the daughter of a patient because the center did not call the daughter to let her know the patient was having complications during the surgery with anesthesia. The personnel instead of using professional skills to calm down the daughter who obviously was distressed and worried for her mother, the personnel decided to argue. Second, they told me to be there at noon, and they did not took me in for pre-ops until like 3:00pm. Once they moved me to the surgery bed next to other patients, before anesthesia, the nurses were having loud conversations about their personal life, to include where they were going to drink that night. Before entering to the surgery I confirmed cost of surgery and paid copayment. Days after the surgery I received a bill to pay extra copayment because supposedly they did some extra things during the surgery. I found that suspicious, because the surgeon did not mentioned anything after the surgery. Therefore, I reviewed the medical billing codes they claimed to my insurance. The center submitted charges for medical codes of procedures and/or equipment that were not done or used. I called the center to investigate and the billing codes personnel extremely rude and unprofessional tried to gaslight me about how medical billing codes work. I did my own research, contacted the surgeon to confirm and submitted a dispute to my insurance. Insurance investigated with both the center and surgeon. The insurance indicated that yes FRAUD was being committed. The center submitted the billing balance to a collection agency. I called the center for them to remove the balance and contact collection agency, but again the unprofessional billing personnel started yelling indicating they never received a letter from the insurance company. I am on the process of meeting with a lawyer because I am 100% sure this center commits fraud on a daily basis to many patients and insurance companies.
