40 providers on record
I've been part of the South Bend Clinic experience for 30 + years. They have always been helpful. Medical Records department needs some help. I've asked for my records many times over the years and I never seem to be able to get them. Otherwise, staff, techs and doctors have been great.
I have never had a doctor that actually sits and listens to you. Dr. Saeed was the first doctor that actually asked me what can I do for you and it just made me cry because this was the first time I was actually heard as a patient. Having an auto immune disease hasn’t been easy and no walk in the park, but having a doctor that that takes the time to hear you makes it worth while. Continue being the best doctor you are very much appreciated.
We see Dr. Brier and we absolutely love him! Our son is always so happy to see him. He always makes sure to listen to all of our concerns and has been able to see us for same day appointments for when our son was not feeling well. We highly recommend him!
Dr. Zaidi is a wonderful doctor. She is very caring and wants to make sure you stay healthy. She will tell you she “Loves” her patients and she truly does! I would highly recommend her.
Normally, I have a great experience at South Bend clinic this time I went through the urgent care or walk-in and I met with a Dr. Clark. It was not a good experience. I did not have follow up by him when I asked for a phone call at roughly 11:30 in the morning he called me back at roughly 9:30 PM. He was out of the office that day by noon according to his staff so I did not have a lot of faith in him as a professional calling me at 9:30 at night when I requested a phone call at 11 AM. I did follow his advice and go to the emergency room the following morning the emergency room at memorial reached out to him multiple times, he failed to respond so they called a one last time and reached out to him. He responded with. I am not on call today therefore I will not comment on this patient when I followed his advice and went to the emergency room so I chose to not go with him. I went to Beacon for my care going forward. I would not recommend him to anyone. I would also not recommend the walk-in. That’s my personal opinion. Respectfully, I’m sure other people have gone and have had great results. I personally have not. I do have other doctors at Southbank clinic. That are absolutely amazing and I will continue to see them.
