I want to thank everyone at Surgery and Laser Center for the wonderful care my mom received today during her surgery. Dr. Chaudhry was great, professional, kind, and made the whole process smooth and reassuring for our family. All of the staff were amazing, especially Lisa. She welcomed us with a big smile and was so loving, caring, and genuinely kind. This is exactly the type of treatment and energy you hope to experience right before surgery. Lisa made my 75 year old mom feel comfortable and at ease, which meant so much to us. Everything was handled quickly and comfortably, and the facility itself is very clean and organized. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and supportive. Thank you, Lisa, and thank you, Dr. Chaudhry, for taking such great care of my mom. We truly appreciate it!

I took my father for a surgery scheduled at 11:30 AM. He was instructed not to eat beforehand. He is diabetic, and his last meal was at 9:00 PM the night before his appointment. We were never informed of any expected delays or overbooking and ended up waiting for more than five hours. Eventually, the nurses came and said they were overbooked, which is completely unacceptable. While waiting, we overheard staff scheduling patients for the following day, without any concern for those who had been waiting for hours and without providing updates or warnings about delays. After more than four hours, they suddenly asked for paperwork that had already been sent by my father’s cardiologist to their other office. When I questioned why this was not addressed earlier, they immediately contacted the cardiologist’s office and obtained the documents. This was extremely poor service. I would never return to this facility and strongly discourage others from going there. They show no respect for patients’ time or feelings. The entire day was completely wasted.

These people are AWESOME!!! I had cataract surgery here and I was so scared. They treated me like family and really eased my fears. I can't say enough about how well they took care of me and I will be forever grateful to them! Now instead of being so scared, I can't wait to have them do my other eye! I will of course be nervous but nothing like that first time and I have PA Laser and Surgery to thank for that. Also if you need cataract surgery, Dr. Iftikar Chaudhry is the absolute BEST surgeon to do your surgery he is super skilled and really cares about his patients! Update I had cataract surgery on my other eye and PA Surgery and Laser Center was just as awesome as they were for my first one! They are so caring and gentle and I recommend them highly for anyone needing cataract surgery. I was pleased to have Lisa again as my nurse because she is fantastic!!! Dr. Iftikar Chaudhry is a fantastic eye surgeon and I couldn't have had a better one! Thanks to all of you for taking such wonderful care of a nervous patient and I love the results I have been blessed with!

Longer then normal registration process took 45 minutes after arrival time of 6:30 am to get registered Meet by nasty rude registration clerk. Demand a ssi not required. The nursing staff and physicians are fantastic but I would recommend using a different surgical center due to lack of respect from the very front person who should be warm and welcoming

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Save yourself the time and energy. They give you a “9 am arrival time” just to make sure you sit there for Atleast 4 hours minimum before calling you back. They overbook their schedule and schedule 3 patients per hour, knowing surgeries can take 30-60 mins per patient and there is only one doctor performing surgeries. The staff will lie and make things up to try to make it seem like it’s normal to not have common courtesy for patient’s time and act like it’s normal for every single patient to wait extended periods of time because they run a chop shop. They do this regardless of what day it is, no matter what time you show up. When you complain the only thing they’ll say is “it’s surgery”.
