I came here 2x within a week. The staff discriminate against English speaking only individuals. My 1st I asked for everything in English, which is my primary language and I was treated like an outsider and given bad looks just because I have a full Spanish name. My 2nd visit, I spoke more Spanish but still asked for paperwork in English, but since I spoke in all Spanish I was treated so kind. It’s really sad that we do this to ourselves.

I will start by saying that the building has no security. There was an incident where a lady reported a man in the Women bathroom, police came and the man ran away. Very bad appointment verification service and attention in the center. Inside for the colonoscopy the personnel was fine. Be prepared to wait long time. I would say that if you have another option to do the colonoscopy better use it instead of coming here.

As with so much of American modern medicine, it's a "volume" operation. They need you in and out quickly, so expect to be treated accordingly: pay here, lay here, wait, here, leave. Impersonal for the most part. A couple of nurses were kind. However, the nurse for my "recovery" was mean and nasty. I guess they really needed that bed. They were efficient and punctual. But don't expect a "high touch" experience. You are a billing code. If your expectations are low enough, it will be a great experience.

Came to this place yesterday for a 12:30pm colonoscopy appointment, what a horrible experience! First of all, the place was jammed packed, people sitting outside, early morning appointments [10am and 10:30am] were still in the waiting area. I waited 3 hours before being called. Totally unacceptable! Having had light meals for the previous 3 days and fasted since the day before as instructed, I find it very unprofessional, rude and unconsidered to not have someone advise as to the lateness way before you leave home. It can be very dangerous for some patients to remain without food for so long. I have migraines, my head was pounding by the time I was called for the vitals. Then another wait until a gurney was available. You would think they would at least turn on the tv for waiters to have some kind of "entertainment" - NO. Nurses do what they can. I overheard them talking about being tired with many patients on one day. This is ludicrous, an error can happen when personnel is overworked. Shame on those doctors who want to see more patients disregarding patients' comfort and well being. Something needs to be done fast!

Horrible Service!!! It’s inhumane the service in that place, patients waiting without food eating from the day before have to wait 3-4 hours past 12 pm for a colonoscopy procedure. Totally unacceptable, the place is everyday overbook with appointments. Florida Department of health should and federal government should investigate that place.
