I just had a wonderful experience at The Oregon Clinic in Newberg! I needed to get some questions answered and Randee at the front desk was an absolute delight to work with. She not only listened attentively to what I was trying to explain, but then walked me through my options in a very warm and caring manner - and wearing a smile the entire time. She's most definitely my new favorite superhero!
I had a colonoscopy and EGD over a year ago with The Oregon Clinic. The procedure and staff were fine - my review is for claims and billing. Over a year late and the clinic is trying to collect approx $900 from me when my insurance keeps telling me I owe significantly less. I have called their billing multiple times and keep getting the runaround and being told "talk to your insurance" which I have done at length. This is an in network provider that I will never use again.
This is a the best place! NOBODY wants to have a procedure like a colonoscopy and we all are supposed to have one in later life and it becomes a thing we dont want to do...HOWEVER THE WONDERFUL POEPLE HERE MAKE IT THE EASIEST MEDICAL PROCEDURE I HAVE EVER DONE!

From the front desk, to Trevor doing discharge orders and walking me out to car, this was a primo and necessary experience! No one knew I was a retired Nursing Instructor, and Bedside nurse of 47 years, and I like it that way😁 Dr. Reddy is a God-given talented physician. I am so priledged to have her. Thank you Dr. Reddy! McKenna could have been my best nursing student. Check in was made fun. The Nurse Anesthesist, and all staff in endoscopy suite made me feel right at home, and most seemed to love their jobs. I am in good hands, and know that great care is a given here; whatever my future holds. I always ask staff if they are having fun. Happy staff, means better patient care. Where else would they have allowed me to wear my pink head cover after wig removal🥰? Proud to be a 15-year breast cancer survivor. Thanks to all!
