Very dishonest in their billing practices! We were told our net cost would be about $1300 for a procedure and two years later we get a bill for another $2800 after having paid the 1300. They then refused to negotiate and proceeded legal proceedings against us
My mom had a left hand surgery with Dr Jen Lee. Everyone - the reception, doctor, nurses and anesthesiologist - was so incredibly kind, caring and professional. I definitely recommend this place.

Everyone - i mean all the nurses, are fabulous. natalie, billing dep, is rude and lazy. I have been trying to reach her to pay my bill for weeks, maybe months. Unsuccessful. She returned my last call a week later with an attitude. Like a bothered her with my bill. I wanted to settle my bill but because of her being so lazy and difficult, i didn’t settle it. I asked for the bill to be mailed to me instead of being charged every month. She stated- “its going to be more difficult but ok”. Then she proceeded to keep asking me to settle the bill. At that point i am annoyed and i don’t want to settle it. I will continue paying it off slowly…
