My Grandma had her cataract surgery done here. He was recommended to her by her optometrist. Dr. tackle is great and made her feel comfortable. The wait time in the waiting room is a little long, but once you get back there you are in good hands. I would recommend anybody who needs cataract surgery to him.

They wrote down the wrong eye that had been operated on my mom. Their customer service is terrible. It took two weeks for someone to return our calls to get one of my mom's surgeries rescheduled. I waited two hours in their waiting room for a "quick" post-surgery checkup. We later learned from talking to other patients that the 2+ hour wait was because they had scheduled all of their followups for the same time window, which I guess works great for the doctor, but is incredibly disrespectful of his customers' time

Great Eye Center. Dr. Takle and the entire staff are outstanding. They're miracle workers!! The office runs smoothly with a very capable group of professionals. My husband had eye surgery at the Takle Eye Group. Everything went well, and he is very pleased. I highly recommend Takle Eye Group.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience trying to get in touch with this office. I’ve called multiple times, been placed on long holds that eventually go to voicemail, and have left messages requesting a call back just to schedule an appointment, yet no one has returned my calls to this day. This isn’t my first issue with them either. When I scheduled an appointment back in December, I tried to provide my updated insurance information over the phone. The staff member told me to just bring it with me the day of my appointment, only for me to later find out they weren’t credentialed with United Healthcare. That was a complete waste of my time and could have easily been avoided if my insurance had been properly verified upfront. At this point, the lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. Not answering or returning calls seems like a clear sign that I need to take my records and go somewhere else.

The most disorganized and unprofessional practice I ever been in. Where I even start! First: The doctor do not do the prescription, a technician does. Because of the lack of experience that a doctor has, I had to go back and have a redo. Second: Go back for the redo, did the doctor check and made sure the prescription was good, no. The technician did the dialing in on that contraption they use. It was off by -.25. Third: Ordering the contacts. Before I start (I know companies can have issues with shipping things, understand that). But the problem I had was no communication from them, AT ALL!. I called about 15 business days to check, no sir they are not here yet. Waited another week. They are not here. Call and left messages, no one returned my calls. I even left emails, no one responded. I took off work last Friday, that when they told me, oh Johnson & Johnson had a backlog. Well, gee.... been nice someone could told me that about 3 weeks prior! Thanks to this, I ran completely out of contacts. Fourth: They do not follow through on things. I asked the lady on the phone to send me a copy of my prescription by email. Never happened! Fifth: Lack of communication! Went in this morning to pick up my contact lenses because the lady at Griffin told me there will be someone there at Locust Grove Friday morning. Well, low and behold the one was not there. WOW! REALLY!!! A course no one there can get them. HOW STUPID! Excuse was, we under staffed. NOT MY PROBLEM! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I HIGHLY!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS God awful backward, disorganized and unprofessional practice. You all really need to get it together. Why you lost this first time patient. I surely will not be back.
