Terrible experience where I overheard breeches of HIPPA, long delays and wait times and unethical practices. My procedure time was postponed by several hours and then I sat and waited for an hour and a half after my newly scheduled time. I have a medical condition that requires me to have glucose in my IV which they did not give me upon numerous requests. I began to have symptoms due to this as I was unable to drink or eat since the night before the procedure. I voiced concern which led to me complaining when my concerns were not being addressed. I also spoke to the nurse, nurse administrator (who did not even identify herself when she came to speak with me) and to the doctor about my concerns as well as the fact that the nurse tried to have me sign a blank medication form as well as informed consents. The doctor threated to postpone then not to proceed with the medical procedure when I addressed my concerns. The nurse administrator asked me to keep my voice down so that the other patients could have a pleasant experience. The doctor denied what the nurse had done even though she admitted it right in front of him! I ended up leaving with a bruised hand from the IV and without the procedure being done. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!

My experience during my procedure was fantastic. And afterwards, Jack in billing did a wonderful job of helping me figure out a payments issue.

I saw Dr. Hajjar and had a great experience! The entire staff was very nice from the reception, nursing and the anesthesiologist. The facility is very clean, run well and they were very good at calming my nerves. I never had a procedure done before in an OR setting and this really set a standard! I know this isn't a place you routinely recommend to people but I will recommend this to anyone who happens to need procedures done that are offered here! Thank you again for everything!!

Thanks to Jack at the billing department for helping me figure out and pay a bill from a previous procedure. It had me stymied but he figured it out quickly and guided me through the payment.

Very very old. Needs major renovations. My spouse went for a colonoscopy and it was like staff didn't care. No one discharged him, no paperwork was given, no warning to watch for. Nothing! Faculty seemed more into each other and thier little chats. Even told my doctor and he was shocked. My spouse said he was waiting for nurse so he could go adn they told my spouse to get dress and just leave. Really? Horrible!!!!
