My son had surgery today with Dr Lee on his right thumb. From the time we entered the facility, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The front desk ladies at registration are amazing and friendly. PACU nurse Judith was very patient with my son and provided us with great detail of information and post op instructions. Even the anesthesiologist was amazing. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for top notch customer service.
Dr. Nicholas is an outstanding doctor. My husband had knee surgery with him 20 years ago, and recently I had the opportunity to be treated by him as well. I had a complex meniscus tear and was experiencing significant pain. When I first saw Dr. Nicholas, I expected a long wait before surgery, but to my surprise, it was scheduled just three days after my initial appointment. On the day of surgery, I anticipated long delays, as is often the case in hospitals, but everything ran right on schedule. The level of professionalism was exceptional. Dr. Nicholas and his entire team were organized, courteous, and highly professional throughout the process. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Nicholas and his team and would highly recommend them. Shanika provided excellent service at check-in, my pre-op nurse Rimma was supportive, polite, and attentive, and PACU nurse Judith was incredibly helpful and had me ready and organized in no time.
Dr. Lee is a great surgeon! He answered all of my questions I had before my surgery. I broke my pinkie and he acted very quickly. First surgery went well and the recovery was exactly how he explained it. We were suppose to have 2 surgeries but we ended up not needing to do a 2nd surgery to remove my pin since it was sticking out. The visits felt very genuine and I felt comfortable trusting their expertise. Only complaint I have is that the nurse gave me instructions too soon post-surgery when I was still loopy. I missed some important information because I wasn’t in the right state to listen. That caused me to suffer in more pain during day 1 and 2 without knowing how much more pain medicine I could take.
