The surgery and doctors here were fine. No issues. Paid my estimated costs prior to surgery, which these people created based off the services I was getting. Then, 2 months later, they randomly bill me nearly 1400 dollars and say I have 2 weeks to pay. Issues here: 1. Billing department clearly cannot bill correctly. 2. Supposedly billed a part of my procedure to my insurance that we all already knew was not covered. 3. The estimates/bills they provide have little to no detail for patients to know where exactly they’re pulling these numbers from. 4. If a patient calls the billing department for more info, let’s actually provide exact information on what was billed for what amount and break down the cost instead of repeatedly saying ‘x’ amount is patient responsibility. 5. Customer service and support needs a lot of work. Billing people thousands of dollars and not understanding how to explain every dollar of the bill is not acceptable.

Friendly staff and good experience (as good as any medical experience can be haha). A family member had an eye procedure done here. The entire staff, from front desk to nurses, was incredibly kind, professional, and patient. They answered our questions without hesitation. The office has a monitor showing the progress of patients which was helpful.

If you need surgery or other procedures on an outpatient basis this place is much easier to navigate than the main hospital. Facility is very organized. Staff is friendly and efficient. Experience was as you would expect. You are here for a medical procedure.

I had a procedure done by Dr. Hoesli and was extremely nervous about going under anesthesia. Dr. Hoesli was very knowledgeable on everything and how everything was going to work. I was able to speak with the anesthesiologist before the surgery while I had a panic attack in pre-op. Dan was the anesthesiologist and he was great. He asked me what about the anesthesia scares me and what they are going to do to make sure I have a pleasant experience. I don’t remember the post op nurses names but they were great. The pre op nurse was Jarryd and he also helped me calm down. The surgery went way better than I expected. This is by far the best team, and the best experience I’ve had at a medical facility. I can tell everyone loved their job and was happy to be there. Thank you everyone!!

Not sure why the ratings here are so bad. Everyone there was incredible, nurses and all. I had quad tendon and meniscus repair and it was such a smooth and timely process from beginning to end. They were so good on being on time, I was very happy with the entire process. They treated me with so much care and respect. Thank you so much to everyone there including and especially Dawn, one of the nurses (sorry I forgot their other names because I was recovering from the anesthesia at the time but honestly they were also very outstanding).
