Surgery Center of Fayetteville

I have always had a very pleasant experience whenever I’ve had procedures performed here. Miranda at the front desk checked me in, and was very kind, efficient, and explained all of the paperwork to my understanding. My pre-op nurse, Lydia, took me back within 5 minutes of check-in, and was warm and pleasant, explaining the procedure, then the Procedure nurses, Nicole & Julie helped prepare me for the procedure. Both were very attentive and kind, making me feel very comfortable. Dr. Miedema explained each step prior to the procedure and gave me time for questions, and was also very attentive. Lori was my recovery nurse, and made sure that I was stable and vitals were normal prior to assisting me to the car. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, efficient, and knowledgeable team for my care. They definitely are a team! Thanks to all of you for a great experience. 👍

The care and attention I received from the nurses, surgeon, anesthesiologist, and staff at SurgCenter of Fayetteville was excellent! I was impressed with the efficiency and ease of the front desk staff Kristie and Miranda in processing my information and payment for my surgery and was most impressed and at ease with my RNs Rachel and Andrea. Rachel made me feel comfortable and at ease while she gave me instructions and processed my medical information. Andrea was superb in administering my IV snd showed herself to be a real pro by making the insertion as painless as possible! Bravo! The whole "vibe" of the bay area was busy but caring, all the while respecting patient privacy and dissapating patient jitters with gentle humor. Made my experience extremely positive...I TRUST the staff of SurgCenter of Fayetteville. I recommend it highly as an excellent place for surgery and patient care.

This was 3rd injection and I’m very pleased. I’m very comfortable there. The staff was amazing the Nurse amazing everything went easy Peezy. very respectful I am so pleased and happy that I found my doctor, Dr. Medema I feel safe there and I appreciate all your pleasant smiles in gratitude and great meal like I’m Family appreciated so much. Lori, RN was just so friendly and wonderful. I really enjoyed her and how well she treated me. I was only in the procedure room for about 5 mins but Nicole and Julie were also very accommodating and pleasant. My experience was top notch! Thank you all for being so caring and friendly.

Thank you to Lori, my RN nurse for the day, who was so warm and personable. I appreciated how helpful and understanding she was as we discussed my pain level, our similarities with endometriosis, and even got to relate to each other being almost birthday twins. In my brief meeting with Kayden, the operative staff, she was confident and kind. I don’t remember much after that (thank you anesthesia) but Dr. Miedema’s greeting and a few other little commands or tiny pin pricks of a needle. Very little discomfort from that time forward and on to the recovery room. Overall, I felt relaxed and well cared for.
