I had a cyst removed from my scalp by Dr. Collins and team. I came in and there was one staff person behind the desk on the phone so I had a seat. Then another staff member came out and I overheard her say my name so I looked up and she seemed to feel a type of way about my being there because She was shaking her head in a weird way. She confirmed it was me and gave me paperwork to review and sign. I guess she expected me to be quick because halfway through me reading the paperwork she told me to give it to the other staff member, packed her stuff up and left. I was called to the back by Anna, who was very sweet. She went over my procedure and medication list and made sure I didn't have any questions before having me undress. She then gave me a warm blanket! Then the nurse to be in the room during my procedure, Sara, came in to get me, she gave me ANOTHER warm blanket! Walked me to the operating room and got me strapped in the bed. Dr. Collins and his surgical assistant were very personable and funny. I only needed a local anesthetic so I was awake and talking with them throughout. Once I was done, Sarah took me back to get dressed and be discharged. Donna went over my discharge instructions and she was an absolute pleasure. All in all, I had a great experience, received a follow-up call from the office within 24 hours of my procedure and am healing just fine.

Had hand surgery. From start to finish it was a great experience. from the front desk to anestiologist, the doctor and the recovery nurses couldn't ask for better patient care.

This place is horrible. The nurses are so fake. They so worried about getting out on time.( I'm talking 3 to 4 hours early before their closing time which is at 5pm.) They treated me like I was a pest. When they get frustrated you will definitely receive their frustration and attitude. To make a long story short, after my surgery was done which was around 12 pm. Keep in mind they close at 5pm. In order for me to leave I needed someone to be with me. That person was my boyfriend. He needed to leave to get the car out the shop. Mind you its going on 1. The nurses are constantly calling him. Worrying me, having no consideration of the fact that I just had surgery. I mean they was constantly nagging about when my boyfriend is expected to arrive. I told them that he would be here before closing time. One of the nurses caught an attitude and said well all of our surgeries for today are completed. He's suppose to be here so we can leave because we have to go. She's telling me all of this like its past their closing time. Its literally now 2:00 pm when you guys actually close at 5 pm. Never again they smile in your face upon arrival but they low key are very disrespectful and very rushing to get out the door hours early before closing time.

Let's start with the good, my nurses Ana, Lauren, and Ray were all absolutely amazing really top tier I loved them all. It's very hard to build trust a rapport with someone so quickly knowing they're going into a traumatic surgery. Keeping them calm and engaged and uplifted. Thet were absolutely amazing and I give them all the praises in the world. I felt comfortable with them and am so happy they were apart of my care team. This next part has nothing yo do with them or the front office staff and are the only reason this establishment isn't receiving a 1 star review from me. But the anesthesiologist that was working on June 18th at 6am whose name I believe is Dr. Razi has absolutely atrocious bed side manner. The only reason I say I believe his name is Dr.Razi is because he didn't have the decency to introduce himself before talking at me so abhorrently that my husband was getting visibly upset. As he was the only anesthesia professional there I was forced to go through with the surgery with him bit had we been in a diffrence setting I would have immediately asked for someone else. As someone who was already freaking out about surgery already in pain, and about to go through more. His demeanor and comments were outrageous. And I have never met someone who can be that upset and upsetting at 6am. I'm not sure who pissed in his cheerios that day. But I found his bedside lacking. I'm usually not one to complain and try to keep an upbeat attitude. But that "professional" was anything but. I'm not sure exactly what his problem was but I will be reporting him to my insurance and once I receive my documents from my doctor will be sure he will never be on anything having to do with me. Shame on you sir for scaring a woman before a surgery. Having a MD does not give you a license to be an ssa. Other then him raising my blood pressure before a major surgery the experience there was fine. Clean establishment. Friendly people.
