Never have I met such wonderful staff. Explained EVERYTHING they were doing. Answered every question I had with great detail to where I understood what they were telling me without talking in "doctor language". The whole facility was very very clean and that is something that I notice when I visit health places like this. Great facility!!!!!! A+

I just had my cataract surgery today. The personnel were friendly and very helpful. It not an assembly line process. Each step was clearly explained and the surgery was painless and much shorter than I expected.

My first experience was amazing the second experience not so much from the front desk I told her I was here for my appt and she asked my name and insurance and said ok we don’t do contact lens here (which I never asked for I had my glasses the dr prescribed) to overhearing her on the phone saying “I have a girl here wanting to use this type of insurance” I’m a patient in my 30’s , from in the exam room where my clinician was very flat and didn’t communicate much with what was being done it was kind of just I’m putting eye drops in and asking me to read the letters on the board , my eyes were tearing while reading the letters and it ddnt seem like there was any care for that just to continue , throwing eye drops not letting me know how it would affect my eye , the last eye drops that I’m guessing dilates your eyes I was on the fence doing this time as I had done it my first exam and really ddnt like how I felt the rest of the day. She was just put in my eyes no warning and told to sit in the waiting room for them to kick in . My glasses were checked I wasn’t told what came of the glasses check . My original doctor was amazing she was on maternity leave so I wasn’t able to see her . The doctor I saw ddnt introduce himself just asked if I had any issues and started his exam he got a little frustrated I wasn’t able to hold my eye wide open (the eye drops that they put in were causing discomfort and I was starting to get a migraine , which migraines were the reason my primary doctor told me to go see an eye doctor) ddnt really say much just. I brought in a screening medical exemption form which I don’t think the doctor looked at just basically told me he wasn’t going to sign which was fine , i was just seeing if it was possible for a eye dr to fill it out and sign , i was told by one of the clinicians “ it was for people with disabilities , that I wouldn’t want to have” I have a long history of chronic migraines with sometimes severe side affects including light sensitivity that can trigger my migraines . The whole experience was just off putting , it’s not meant to bash anyone or the clinic but as someone who does not visit the eye clinic as much it would of been helpful to atleast be more informed with what was going on . Just compared to my first experience where everything was communicated to me and explained even asking me did I want the eye drops , would I want glasses and etc it wasn’t the same experience .

Great experience! The MA that took ne to the room was very friendly and informative. Then Dr. Tarbotton completed the my exam. She explained in detail my eye problems. This will be my permanent eye Doctor.

Had my final laser done and when finished, I asked for eye wash as my eye was and could barley see out of it. Doc says, No you'll be fine, Your tears would take care of it. So here I am kneeling in the dirt in the parking lot having my wife pour bottled water in my eye to help me out. First visit was much better.
