I've been a patient of Dr Phang for a few years. I called 3x this week because Im experiencing pain and discomfort from my kidney stones. He never returned my call, nor did a nurse. The staff answering the phones were more concerned than the doctor obviously. I will be requesting a change of doctors to have my surgery.

I do NOT recommend this practice. Difficult to reach anyone, they don't return calls or messages. I had a surgery done by one of their doctors on a Friday, he never called in my prescription to the drug store. When I called the next day (Saturday) the on call service said they couldn't call it in! I could go on and on about this practice and Doctor. Find a better option

Most incompetent answering service staff I've ever experienced. My referral could not be found, I was lied to on multiple occasions and put on hold for over 40 mins on MULTIPLE calls trying to get an appointment. I’m a disabled veteran and this treatment is completely unacceptable for anyone, let alone those who need help for Service-related issues.

Mr.Sharma was HORRIBLE. Wrote me off with “ic”. Lazy and incompetent. Never even tested my urine to see if I had a uti. Will not be retuning and will spread the world of the incompetence of this practice
