Entire team is impressive. Facility is clean and comfortable, From booking the surgery to staff interactions. Stonecreek team made experience efficient. Dr Mannina performed a retina repair procedure and is great at what he does. Would not hesitate to recommend!
My husband has had three surgeries on his eyes over the past couple of years. Today is the third and the last was just two weeks ago. It’s a very clean, comfortable facility and I’ve not had to wait very long any of the three times we’ve been here. The thing I’ve noticed and find extremely important is the caring, kind employees they have here. I’m not surprised that an excellent ophthalmologist like Dr. Singh would choose this facility for his patients having day surgery. They even kindly changed the waiting room TV when I saw FOX news on and requested they change to HGTV which is far less controversial. I’d recommend this surgery center to family & friends without reservation.
The cataract surgery and staff were great. It's the office staff that is terrible. No one answers the phone, even if I call 20 times in 1 day. I needed a copy of an itemized bill for insurance. They could not email it and had to mail it. It's been over one week and I still have not received it and I just had to go through the painstaking task of trying to get someone on the phone again today, and then of course, they won't email the bill, so it has to be mailed via USPS, like we are not in the 20th century. Please update your system and procedures.
Took my mother here today. She had eye surgery and the people who worked here were the best. Very professional and personal.
One of the staff in the back of the house ( blonde guy with little girl capris on) tried to back over my mother as I was getting her into her wheelchair in the parking lot. The other staff was friendly but would not come back here
