My nurse was cranky and when she tried to make a negative comment about something I said under her breath, wasn't quiet and I heard it all. Don't expect the nursing staff to actually show compassion for you either. Also, showed up for a 9AM appointment, never saw anyone until 9:30 then rushed me to my procedure. I could have gone to AMC and been treated this way. The medical assistant was the nicest person there

Such caring nurses! Front desk could use some work but thank you to the fantastic nurses who show compassion.

Terrible communication. I thought out pt surgery discharged you as out pt. Staff leaves at 7 so if you're still in recovery you have to go to the floor. Too bad I sat in waiting area, no call from doctor to tell me how surgery went and no one shared the fact that my daughter would be discharged from the floor many hours longer than if she was discharged from outpt

I had the worst experience here yesterday. There were 2 nurses that were kind and seemed to care about the PERSON they were caring for. The other staff that I encountered were RUDE, and treated me like nothing more then a number. The anesthesiologist that was treating me was extremely rude and yelled at me. Then was very pushy when I first went into surgery... I went to turn my head a bit and she turned it back quickly snapping at me. When I woke up to the nurse shoving ice chips in my face telling me I needed to get up and out of bed as soon as possible. I quickly realized that to the rest of the staff that day I was clearly not a patient - but something they needed to get out of there as soon as possible. They did no check my wrap or bandages before I left. I was still half sleeping and could not keep my eyes open while she was giving me my instructions to leave. Just kept saying "you'll rest better at home". By the time I got home I had bled through my bandages, to my pants. Lastly the person who wheeled me to my car did not speak a word to me. She came in the room with the wheelchair and stared at me until I asked, would you like me to get in there now? She replied - with a head shake. I will never bring any of my children to this place and will not recommend anyone there for any procedure they may need. I will repeat it, I was not treated like a person, but only as a number. My. Dr, and two of the nurses getting me ready were the only staff members that I encountered that treated me as a human being. This is besides the woman at the front desk.

I had a cosmetic procedure performed here and all the nurses and the anesthesiologist were so caring and helpful. As it was my first surgery, the anesthesiologist made sure to explain everything that would be happening and let me know that he would be there with me the entire time. All the nurses in both pre-op and post-op were all so very caring and helpful. They were constantly checking up on me to make sure I was doing okay or if I needed anything.
