Got talked into a lense addition surgery that my eye dr. Didn't suggest or mention though the lady Heather mislead mentor getting thistle surgery saying it was suggested. I then fell onto an option that wasn't covered by my i durance and had to exhaust my savings account with nearly 7k in bills. After now I have continuing issues with the inserted lense feeling like it is moving. Every morning if I sleep with my left side of my head on the pillow I wake up to eye irritation for almost 2 hours . This was not a necessary surgery that was requested by my eye Dr. JESSEN and to have spent so much money and have such pain in my eyes is truly negligent. This will move to the BBB for an official complaint be cause this is miserable. I should be refunded for being mislead.

I went there for cataract surgery and of course, you get one eye done at a time. So I paid my $200 copay on each eye. Then I got the explanation of benefits and I see that I only owed one $200 copay, so they owed me $200. I called regarding this and they gave me the run around about how the claim was processed etc. I finally had the insurance company call the billing department and then, they said Oh, we do owe you the $200 from the second eye. I have been waiting a month for my refund and still nothing. I have called and left messages regarding the refund to see where we were at as far as when will the check be cut.. Still no call back I have left several messages and no one calls me back. Very poor customer service. I was a business office manager for a large medical center and I would have never treated a patient like they treated me. The whole co-management of the eye surgery billing has been a nightmare and I understand medical billing.

Very rude, and does not communicate in a timely matter! I will never go or recommend anyone to receive care from them. Let me add I work in the eye care profession for over 20 years.

Staff was very rude to my 80 year old mother for asking if they could wipe down the chair before she sat down. Yelled at my mother and told her she had already wiped it down. Why couldn't she just let her see her wipe it down. The manager was also very rude and disrespectful. When I went up to the door she said she had spoken to that staff and rudely closed the door in my face. If you are not happy with your job you should go elsewhere.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/EMPLOYEES EVER!!!! Incompetent supervisor wouldn't even solve the issue!! Doesn't even deserve a one star review. Don't use one curse word, as they aren't allowed in this establishment like a pre-school! Very hateful, ignorant, & disrepectful employees. Didn't even know what surgery was taking place and couldn't confirm with patient so refused service to my 72 year old father whom is in VERY poor health. (Went in for his eyes) Drove 40 miles one way to be turned away (over a cuss word being used and not knowing what the procedure was called) and drive back another 40. DO NOT USE THIS SURGERY CENTER!!!! We will NEVER!
