SURGERY CENTER REFUSING TO REMOVE STENT. I have a stent in that was placed the end of January due to 3 kidney stones. My surgery to have old stent removed and new one placed was canceled for tomorrow because I can't afford a $800 payment. (But they will schedule it at the hospital) Yes it is my responsibility. I have tried to make payment arrangements but they won't agree. If I was told before the current stent was placed that I would have this payment I wouldn't of had surgery. I didn't have to pay anything for the stent placement, that I currently have. So now they tell me the only thing they can do is schedule my surgery at the hospital.. now that is bad.. now my bill will triple. Beyond Angry. If you have surgery make sure you know everything you have to pay. Main problem/concern.. I already have stent placed for kidney stones....

I rarely give 5 star reviews because no one is perfect, only God. SO...I had to come in early for surgery, and all staff were bright-eyed & chipper, very fun yet professional and helped to make a scary event very tolerable. I have had this surgery before, but this was my first time here and they are wonderful! Thank you for taking such great care of me! My only suggestion I guess would be to offer coffee ☕️ as one of your post surgical refreshments (and a donut couldn't hurt, ha). God bless you all!

During my one hour stay to wait for someone, I watched staff leave 5+ patients to walk on their own soon after anesthesia with no supervision, with two falling and only getting assistance from other people waiting in the lobby. If this center is unable to accommodate their patients needs after surgery, they should not be allowed to take in the number of patients they are allowing. I am appalled by what I saw and urge everyone to stay away from this place, their patient care clearly does not come first.

My son is extremely afraid of needles. He had to have some work done on his teeth, so we were referred to a dentist that uses this facility. They have taken wonderful care of my son, all needles were given to him after ne was asleep and the IV was removed before he knew it was in his hand. The nursing staff before, during and post were absolutely amazing. I could have been more pleased with the women that worked with my son. The only draw back is they have you pay before you start the procedure and only one lady to check you in. She was very rushed and had a ton of paperwork for us to fill out day of.

I had taken my mom to this place to get her eyes worked on. This place is associated with eye surgeons and associates as well, so you would expect better quality. The facilities albeit under construction seem years out of date and that includes the medical technology itself. The staff was unable to provide a receipt for the medical procedure, they gave us a carbon copy hand written receipt for the procedure (its 2019 for goodness sake, my vet does a better job than this) the staff was rather impolite. At one point I had to bring in some paperwork from the car that was left behind accidentally. The staff member then grabbed the bag from me without asking and started took out a bag from eye surgeons...they then realized it was not what they needed (taking something like that is rude by all standards) the staff seemed more interested in cycling people in and out than taking the time to look after patients. At one point I watched them take my moms vitals and then write them down on a tissue which is not only unprofessional it makes me wonder what quality of care my mom received while I was in the waiting room. Again all of this took place in 2019 or as most medical facilities call it, the digital age. On top of it all my mother was having extensive pain from the eye procedure and the staff offered her a single tablet of Tylenol, she was crying from the pain mind you, I would have hoped that if they had nothing else available they would have given her at least a full dose. If I ever have the need to have my eyes worked on, I would sooner try a different location than go here as my first choice. I’m giving two stars as the doctor himself was nice and the surgery results have been good.
