Today we had our second appointment with Dr. Dunham to get a second opinion on our 11 week old baby’s tongue tie. Let me tell you, this Doctor and her team really know how to care for their patients! They listened to our concerns, reinforced our feelings, gave me compliments like “you’re doing a good job” and “that’s how you know you’re a good mom” and saying things like “experienced mother” after explain my history with nursing. I mean, they even went as far as standing in the doorway when they left the room to insure I had privacy while nursing my baby. They were quick, precise, patient, kind, caring, and everything a parent could possibly ask for during a difficult time. She only clipped what needed to be clipped and nothing more, which we appreciate. My baby was happily sleeping in her car seat before we even left the parking lot. If you’re a momma reading this, debating on what to do for your baby with a tongue tie, I HIGHLY suggest reaching out to to Dr. Dunham and her team. 10/10 recommend 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I wish I would of saw the reviews before I stepped into this clinic. I went to the clinic for a new patient appointment. The ARNP, said my symptoms were most likely from severe allergies. He told me he could look in my nose to see if there were any blockages, although he was sure there wasn't. I asked him what it all involved and he explained it takes 10 seconds, much like a covid test. I thought well, I'm here I might as well rule out everything. I never thought to ask if this was part of the consultation or if I would be billed separately for something I was seeing him for. I get a bill for $500 for a "surgical procedure " when all I went in for was a routine new patient appointment. Unbelievable!!! I've asked the billing department to re-code it and they denied it. I will not recommend this place and although I didn't have to go back for more treatment I will never go here again.

The worst, go anywhere but here you'll end up dead (unless you're seeing Dr Cruz who's a 5 star sinus dr)! Dr Achim is the worst, as is chief of operations Kay! 6 months ago I saw Virginie M. Achim, MD after other doctors saw worrying images of the lower part of my throat(one saw several areas he wanted to biopsy including looking down my throat but I couldn't afford his copay so had to get referred here). Dr Achim treated me very dismissvely, barely looked at the upper part of my throat, saw me for less than 10 minutes, and actually said" I don't know why you were sent here, it's just from acid reflux, nothing to worry about "! Just rude and unprofessional! Now I get CT results, shows something extremely worrying in the same area, symptoms are getting worse too! I called to complain to Kay the so called chief of operations who also was very dismissive, condescending, saw nothing wrong with the way I was treated said I couldn't switch to the other doctor! She used to be Dr Achims assistant, conflict of interest?? I've told my kids to sue if I have cancer that's gotten worse! You'll end up dead if you rely on these people!

After 6–7 severe nosebleeds and two ER visits, my wife went in three weeks after her deviated septum surgery hoping Dr. David (I can’t remember his last name) could help whether by cauterizing her nose or at least offering some kind of meaningful treatment. Instead, his "professional opinion" was that she was bleeding so much because of her “anxiety”. These nosebleeds last for over 30 minutes even with Afrin applied, and I’ve had to clean sinks full of blood. To make things worse, his medical assistant was dismissive and rude. My wife left the appointment in tears because of the lack of help and the complete disregard for her well being. She walked out crying, then the medical assistant sarcastically told her, “Have a wonderful holiday.” It’s infuriating to know that if I had been there she likely would have been treated more seriously and professionally. The whole experience was unacceptable. THREE WEEKS AFTER SURGERY STILL BLEEDING. The Dr is disgusting and you should stay away. Reading these reviews after the fact, it makes a lot of sense. Terrible people, terrible work, lazy, etc. the list goes on. Its beyond me how these people are employed and are being payed.

Well it seems both my little ladies are gonna have to have tubes in there ears. Laila already had hers and they fell out but apparently Lexi will need them to. Poor girl they say for her hearing is like trying to hear someone underwater. My heart hurt to know my sweet little lady had been suffering this whole time. She has fluid behind her ear drums. She was born a month and a half early because of the mom drinking. But I got us away from her. That's all that matters now. She was so small when she came out I could hold her in my palm
